This is a non-personal contract. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirement for the Contractor to provide an Overhead Door System Replacement on facility 1005, room 155 at Buckley Space Force Base (BSFB), Colorado, 80011. Background. Facility building 1005 overhead door located in room 155, drill hall bay, has completely failed and is inoperable. Currently, the door is locked-out/tagged-out for safety purposes. After investigating and examining the door, no malicious or accidental damage was determined to be the cause of failure. The door has been well maintained on a service contract with multiple repairs throughout the years and finally gave way after over 28 years of continuous use; the door is original to the facility (1994), used 24/7/365 and multiple times during a single day. Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, travel costs, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to replace various components and parts identified for overhead door system located at facility 1005 in room 155 on BSFB. Contractor will provide a comprehensive assessment of door with recommendations and estimate of findings for full replacement. Contractor will install full replacement of the overhead door and any other obsolete parts such as the items listed below. Upon completion of replacement installation, Contractor will deliver all warranty and manual information associated with new install to 460 CES/CEOER Project Manager (PM).
