The Buckley SFB Fitness Center requires a yearly screen and coating maintenance for our newly refinished wood floors.This requirement will be a base period + 4 option year contract. The wood floor areas are widely used for mandatory PT testing, Unit PT, MWR Intramural Sports, Fitness Center activities and Base-wide events such as Commander Calls and Rank Promotion ceremonies. These services will be completed in the wood gymnasium (1), racquetball courts (3), and aerobics room (1). All personnel, labor, tools, supervision and materials necessary to complete annual screen and coating maintenance for the newly refinished wood floors. Screen, touch up line paint as needed and apply two finish coats on all floors identified above. The contractor shall tape off and cover any floor outlet covers prior to finish application. Contractor shall assure that all floor fixtures are operable with protective tape being removed. The current finish is GymShoe waterbased sport floor finish.
