The 460 Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado is seeking potential sources to provide e4Clicks and RSMeans licenses. This is a Brand Name requirement. The anticipated solicitation will be issued under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 511210 - Software Publishers. The size standard is $41.5 million. All items must be on your GSA schedule. Open market items will not be considered or accepted. However, if items are not available under your GSA schedule, please state, also provide the time frame needed to get items added if your company submits a quote. Please accompany your submission with answers to the questions below: Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of 511210 – Software Publishers? Are you an approved authorized reseller of e4Clicks products? Are you an approved authorized reseller of RSMeans products? Are you capable of providing the licensing listed above?
