(See Attachment 1.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This is a 100% Small Business set aside and the applicable associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 334310 with a size standard of 750 Employees. The Solicitation number is: FA2543-22-Q-0004. The Government intends to issue a single award as a result of this solicitation to the offeror that can clearly demonstrate the most efficient, technologically savvy and realistic solution/plan to meet the government’s objectives. The award is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order on the basis of tradeoff analysis.(See complete Synopsis/Solicitation attached).
