This access is required to use the system and must be granted by the Contracting Office. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Buckley Air Force Base (AFB) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Estimated workload factors are in Appendix A and Areas Maps or Site Plans are in Appendix B of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
