The contractor shall design, build and integrate a partial audiovisual solution upgrade for the 460 FSS Auditorium with state of the art technology and equipment. Upgrade requires two ceiling mounted laser illuminated projectors, upgraded sound system and integration into the existing Crestron system. The contractor shall provide new equipment, parts, tools, skills, labor and programming required for full functionality of the A/V system. As part of installation/integration final inspection and training will be provided to key personnel by their technician upon completion. The current projectors and sound system for the Crestron control system along with associated devices have exceeded end of life and require replacement. NOTE: Classroom will be used to connect with NIPR operations. Contractor solution shall not contain devices with wireless/Bluetooth capability that will be subject or connected to the NIPR net. If such devices are part of the solution, then wireless/Bluetooth capability technology shall be permanently disabled Please note questions have been answered and are attached as a word document and images under the attachments.
