The 460 SCS and 460 SFS are seeking to acquire a total of 95 (60 for 460 SCS // 35 for 460 SFS) flame retardant cold weather jackets with the following characteristics: • Constructed in the OCP camouflage pattern • Constructed of a stretchable, breathable fabric that will allow Airmen to respond to incidents without their outer garments/equipment hindering movement. • Adjustable drawcord at hem • Have an abrasion resistant exterior that will stand up to daily wear. • Have a high fleece-lined collar to protect the neck from cold and wet weather. • Zippered chest pockets for stowing gear and paperwork. • Zippered sleeve cargo pocket accessible while wearing body armor. • Zippered hand warmer pockets • Have pen pockets within easy reach while wearing body armor. • Internal or adjustable wrist cuffs • Must maintain a flame/fire resistant property in order to protect Airmen responding to incidents where they may encounter fire hazards per the standards set forth in ASTM F2302-03 performance specifications for flame resistance • Must have hook and loop fasteners for affixing rank, name, flag and USAF tapes. • Pass-through flap/pocket in order to easily access items/documents • Machine washable
