The 460 Security Forces Squadron (SFS) requires an approximate 450 square foot modular (TAC) House Kit 1 for training exercises conducted, with an option in the contract to purchase the 800 square foot TAC House Kit 2 if additional funds are secured. The TAC House kit will provide the 460 SFS with a modular wall system that can be easily adjusted and reconfigured on the fly to help create a safe, unpredictable dynamic environment that can be used for live simulation weapon firing and training. This system will allow training staff to recreate other Buckley AFB facilities that SFS would not otherwise be able to train at, while allowing SFS members to gain critical muscle memory by using their actual weapons and tools in a safe, controlled environment enhancing their ability to save lives.
