This is a sources sought, not an official request for quote. All information recieved will be used for market research purposes. Contractor will deliver, install, and set up one (1) chemistry analyzer in building 600 room 307. Contractor must have specialized training, knowledge, and skills necessary to perform delivery, installation, formatting, and linking to the current infrastructure of the Composite Health Care System (CHCS). Attachment 1 (Description of Equipment, Services, and Reagents) lists specific required reagents, service agreements, and equipment that must be included. The contractor will provide on-site training following the installation of the Chemistry Analyzer. Training must consist of operation of the new equipment, as well as common troubleshooting fixes, and common operational faults. - Chemistry Analyzer must have a 110v Power Requirement. - Chemistry Analyzer must not be larger than six (6) feet wide and six (6) feet long. - The Contractor will offer help desk/support for the product to include: - Technical phone/e-mail support. - Software updates as necessary and within the scope of the capabilities of the originalcontract.
