Perform a one-Time Low Pressure test of the Down Tube and Valve Assembly on 42 Amerex Halon 1211 150 LB Wheeled Flightline Fire Extinguishers, and apply reflective tape IAW Technical Order requirement. - Down Tube inspection must be accomplished IAW Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) 13F4-4-501C. - Reflective Tape must be applied IAW Technical Order 13F4-4-121 Figure 5-7 Reflective Material Locations and Specifications Perform all maintenance and inspections using technical manual 13F4-4-121 or appropriate vendor's commercial manual. All extinguishers requiring additional halon 1211 after maintenance will be provided by the Government which may delay deadline for the affected extinguishers. Maintenance, servicing, and recharging shall be performed by trained persons having available the appropriate servicing manual(s), the proper types of tools, recharge materials, lubricants, and manufacturer’s recommended replacement parts. Access to the use of necessary equipment for this service is a must.
