This is a non-personal services contract to provide maintenance, repair, and training for the Buckley Garrison main base and RA HVAC control and monitoring systems (Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems/EMCS). Services include maintenance, repair, and alterations of the EMCS equipment and systems to ensure they are fully functional and operational. It shall also include installation of upgrades to the existing database and server software to ensure software is current with the latest commercial version available. Correction of communication issues, IP address issues, resolution of Building Automation and Control Networks (BACnet) address problems, as well as general database management to include general maintenance, repair, and backing up of the control system database and server.
