The intention of this procurement is to install VTC capabilities and link the software to current room systems. The network in question is SIPR therefor all newly installed software and hardware must be pre-approved before installation. Once all equipment is still installed, contractors will need to conduct a test, which will serve as training for 2 SWS members, to ensure everything is in working order. Installation of VTC capabilities should take no longer than 2 weeks to complete. Contractors must be able to provide services between the hours of 0730 – 1630 during weekdays. Per security reason contractors must concede to be escorted in and out of the Restricted Area (RA). The contractor team will be accompanied by 2 SWS designated escort at the Restricted Area (RA) Entry Control Point (ECP) every day to begin work. Contractors will not have access or need use of classified information, therefore in-depth background check is not required. Should this change at any time, or contractors believe they need access to classified material, immediately notify one of the Points of Contact (POC).All installed hardware and software (cameras, monitors, VTC kits, VTC software applications) must be pre-approved for SIPR and JWICS before installation by the Buckley Communication Squadron, Buckley Cyber Squadron, Mission Control Station (MCS) hardware team, MCS security team, and any other personal deemed necessary. 2 SWS will provide a list of the equipment needed to meet all objectives. Contractors are welcomed and encouraged to advise 2 SWS on addition purchases of equipment as long as the new pieces are pre-approved by the above teams.Organizational Location: 2 Space Warning Squadron (SWS), Buckley AFB, 80011.
