The intention of this procurement is to provide non-personal education advisory services to assist in making informed decisions on their choices of academic programs. The Education Advisor is to provide academic advisement, information, and guidance. To include preparation of documents associated with the services provided and administrative duties assigned. This particular position requires an Associate’s Degree from an accredited American College or university. Furthermore, the advisor must display exceptional customer service, verbal communication skills and be well-versed in the office terminology, procedures and windows applications. 36 hour work week are necessary however, the concise schedule will be provided by the Education and Training Section Chief (ETSC). Correspondingly, this Contractor must also provide a Test Examiner. The examiner must be able to administer test, provide control of the test, work with both military and civilian agencies that provide, score or otherwise control the test used. Moreover, the Test Examiner must be precise in inventory and responsible for test security. The examiner position is estimates between 16-20 hour workweeks, covering 3 to 5 units per week however, and the concise schedule will be administered by the ETSC.
