The place of performance shall be at Buckley Air Force Base (BAFB), Colorado, specifically the 460th Space Wing Headquarters (Bldg 1030). The Contractor must perform to the standards in this contract and failure to meet the requirements will result in the Contractor potentially incurring additional costs. CAMERA REQUIREMENTS 10 Exterior Cameras must have the following capabilities: High Definition (4K minimum) Infrared and 100ft (minimum) color night vision capable Extreme Weather proof Heated (to prevent ice from impeding view) 360-degree pan/tilt/zoom (installed in current locations plus two new locations) Fixed view (new installation at each personnel entrance) Tamper/vandalization proof 15 Interior Cameras must have the following capabilities: High Definition (4K minimum) Tamper/vandalization proof Fixed view/360-degree view All cameras will be ceiling or wall mounted, as site conditions dictate and in a location that minimizes potential for vandalism and obstructions from vegetation. Ensure selected location is secure and offers protection from accidental damage while providing the best overall video nsurveillance coverage for each area. Contractor will determine the best locations based on model of camera provided, site conditions, lighting, etc. Building drawings are located in Appendix A of the PWS. The contractor will supply all required switches, licenses, cabling, connectors and required labeling.

BAFB is in need of removal, replacement and modernization of an end-to-end telecommunications infrastructure that will seamlessly rehome the current primary telecommunications node from Bldg 431 to Bldg 447 within the BAFB Restricted Area (RA). The contractor will coordinate with Buckley AFB Network as a Service (NaaS) team to perform all tasks necessary to engineer, install, sustain and service telecommunications to include Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Non-secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN), Primary Domain Controller (PDC)/commercial lines and legacy copper phone and any other telecommunications lines and any/all requisite servers, routers and any other hardware necessary for clear and uninterrupted telecommunications. The following detailed requirements are a starting place for the contractor, not an end state of requirements. The 460th Civil Engineer Squadron (460 CES) is in need of a requirement to maintain and repair the sliding gates on the Buckley Air Force Base (BAFB). Specifically, the contractor will be required to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, travel costs, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide regular periodic inspection and maintenance, annual inspection and maintenance, and emergency repair for the sliding gates systems located on BAFB. The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to extend the proposal due date from 24 December 2019 to 27 December 2019.
