The Space Base Delta 1, in support of the 821st Space Base Group, has a mission-critical requirement for one (1) round-trip voyage between a contractor-seleted Danish port to Pituffik Space Baseto support base operations. The requirement scope includes providing all management, labor, and services to accomplish the functions and responsibilities of receiving cargo from vendors, providing in-transit origin storage, loading/offloading, and transporting sealift cargo. The Space Base Delta 1, in support of the 821st Space Base Group, has a mission-critical requirement for one (1) roundtrip sealift voyage between June and September between a Danish port and Pituffik Space Base (SB), Greenland, to support base operations. The requirement scope includes providing all management, labor, and services to accomplish the functions and responsibilities of receiving cargo from vendors, providing in-transit origin storage, loading/offloading, and transporting sealift cargo. 21 CONS is soliciting proposals for one (1) firm-fixed price type contract with a period of performance from ~1 Mar 2024 (or contract award date) to 30 Sep 24. This contract shall have no minimum or maximum cargo requirement. A bidder’s library will be provided with the solicitation to identify historical cargo counts and types. The awarded contract shall have firm-fixed pricing broken down to one (1) lot for the northbound journey from Denmark to Pituffik SB and one (1) lot for the southbound journey from Pituffik SB to Denmark.
