REPAIR, RENOVATE PMEL
This project involves the repair and construction of a Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, to meet specific Air Force design criteria. The work includes replacing air handling units and control systems in building 981 and establishing an HVAC emergency shut-off system. The period of performance is 365 calendar days, commencing 10 days after the Notice to Proceed, which will be issued within 30 days of award. It is a firm-fixed-price construction contract, but funds are not presently available, making the government's obligation contingent upon future funding. All work must comply with Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility Excellence guidelines.
