THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for Non-Personal Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, and any other items necessary to provide cable service to Patrick Space Force Base to Charter Communications Operating LLC - Spectrum. This is a Sole Source for Non-Personal Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, and any other items necessary to provide cable service to Patrick Space Force Base in accordance with (IAW) FAR13.106-1(b)(1). As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Charter Communications Operating LLC - Spectrum is the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirement which provide cable services per market research. These specifications are a unique requirement to support the Space Force Delta 45 launch mission. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 517111. As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKB has determined that Charter Communications Operating LLC - Spectrum is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
