The Contractor shall provide all services for the management and operation of the STARBASE program in accordance with the PWS. This is set-aside for NON-PROFIT only. The contractor shall provide official documentation verifying its nonprofit status. Acceptable documentation includes a valid IRS determination letter recognizing tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) or other applicable section of the Internal Revenue Code. The contractor shall also submit any applicable state-level documentation confirming nonprofit registration and standing. All quotes must be submitted in PDF or Word format. NO telephone inquires will be permitted.
