The abstract of offers can be found as an attachment, titled "25B0004_Abstract of Offers". All else remains unchanged. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due date from 18 April 2025 at 11:30 AM EST to 23 April 2025 at 10:30 AM EST. Bid opening will now take place on 23 April 2025 at 11:30 AM EST at the Tides Collocated Club. Additionally, the Questions and Answers Site Visit Attendance sheet and most recent Davis Bacon (FL2025000103212025) are being included as attachments to the solicitation. Lastly, the clause FAR 52.229-3 is being included. Offerors not meeting this criteria will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. C. The NAICS code 238210 has a size standard of $19.0M. D. Contract performance period is scheduled for 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). E. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. F. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to increase the electrical load at Facility 1319 at Patrick Space Force Base. The electrical scope of work includes placing all building loads on generator backup for any future electrical outages. The existing ATS will be replaced with one sized to handle all building loads, demolishing the existing building supply circuit, installing a new building supply circuit to the new ATS, resupplying main distribution panel MDP1 from the new ATS, and resupplying switchboard EDP1 from MDP1. Two building electrical outages are required to perform this work.
