The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance and upkeep of a softball field. This includes, but is not limited to mowing, trimming, fertilizing, replacing/installing sod, over-seeding, watering and irrigation maintenance, aeration, pest/disease control, top dressing and repair.
