The intent of the pipe insulation is to reduce temperature changes while chilled water flows throughout piping associated with cooling systems and heating systems at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB). PSFB is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide all lift equipment, tools, labor, and material to insulate new chilled water piping and hot water at building 945 mechanical room.
