The purpose of this amendment is to allow for the posting of the document labeled "QA-FA252123QB128_PREC CO Appr". This document has the governement response to questions asked in regards to this solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ Due Date by three (3) days. This will changed the original date set of 3 October 2023 to now reflect 6 October 2023. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for a non-personal service contract to provide services as resource person, advisor, and Protestant Religious Education Coordinator (PREC) for the Patrick SFB Protestant community. The PWS addresses a series of qualifications, responsibilities, and actions necessary to provide Religious Education for the SLD 45 Chapel Community to include administration of the RE program, recruitment, training, and mentoring of Christian educators, and the planning and conducting of an annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) program. This position includes formal religious education and spiritual development for adults, teens, and children. The PREC shall coordinate a program of religious education in accordance with the guidelines set forth to accomplish the mission requirements and standards defined by the Department of the Air Force and the Air Force Chaplain Corps. The environment in which this contract is implemented is a religiously pluralistic and sensitive arena of numerous faith groups and denominational traditions. This is a non-personal service contract to provide services as resource person, advisor, and Protestant Religious Education Coordinator (PREC) for the Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB) Protestant community. The PWS addresses a series of qualifications, responsibilities, and actions necessary to provide Religious Education (RE) for the SLD 45 Chapel Community to include administration of the RE program, recruitment, training, and mentoring of Christian educators, and the planning and conducting of an annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) program.
