Repair Dormitory 14, Ascension Island, South Atlantic Ocean Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair by renovation the Dormitory 14, Facility 12144. Renovation and restoration design efforts include the reconfiguration of the existing shared bathrooms to create individual bathrooms for each dormitory room and modification of existing spaces to add a laundry room and a communications room on each floor. Design work to include the replacement of all finishes, doors, windows, minor structural work, single-ply roofing membrane system and environmental engineering required to accomplish asbestos and lead based paint abatement. Building systems (electrical, air conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, fire detention) will be replaced and a new sprinkler system, fed by potable water, will be included per UFC requirements. All plumbing lines will be replaced from saltwater to potable water produced by the AAAF Reverse Osmosis. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings listed in Section J.
