This is a solicitation for Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, at CCSFS and JDMTA NAICS code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Size Standard of $19.0M. Magnitude of Construction: IAW FAR 36.204: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is being issued under FAR 19.1405 Competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOASB) set-aside. Offerors not meeting this criteria will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Until the SOW revisions are completed, the solicitation (IFB) posting will be delayed from the original anticipated date annotated in the pre-solicitation notice of today (26 Apr 2023).
