The Government has posted responses to the RFP Q&As in Attachment L-01 titled, Govt Responses to RFP Questions." An Amendment 0001 with administrative RFP changes has been issued to coorelate with the responses the Government provided in the Attachment L-01. You will find administrative changes and updates to the Cost Workbook, PWS, Section L Rev 1, and Fact Sheet. The RFP due date is unchanged. The ABOS RFP and all of the RFP attachments have been posted within this notice below in sam.gov and within the above mentioned link in PIEE Solicitation Module and are all the same documents in order for any offeror to use in submitting their proposal. Proposals will have to be submitted in accordance of Section L paragraph 1.3 of the RFP. ***************************************************************************************************************************************** *Visit 'https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=FA252122R0011' to obtain RFP and Attachments.* This provides notification that Request for Proposal (RFP) for Ascension Base Operations Support (ABOS) was formally released and posted on 14 Apr 22. This is a follow-on acquisition is for a non-personal service contract to provide Base Operation Services and Mission Support to the Space Launch Delta 45, Department of Defense, Royal Air Force, civilian mission partners at Ascension Auxiliary Air Field. These services include, but are not limited to operations and maintenance, tenant and mission support, non-mission communications, airfield management, public health, medical, emergency response, fire protection, security, dining and lodging and other related base services. Note: From this day forward all information regarding this solicitation will be posted under this NEW Solicitation Number FA252122R0011. The old solicitation number was FA2521-21-R-0023. This acquisition has been approved to be a Total Small Business set-aside. The Government requires proposal submissions be conducted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil. To initiate the proposal submission through PIEE, the Offeror must register as a proposal manager. Training on the solicitation module is available for proposal managers through PIEE at https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/xhtml/wbt/sol/index.xhtml. Subcontractors who have proprietary data and do not want to submit this data to the prime must submit it through PIEE. The subcontractors will register as a proposal manager, and create a separate proposal submission from their prime. Offerors submitting via PIEE Solicitation Module should follow up via email to confirm receipt. Offeror and offeror?s team are responsible for confirming proposal submission is received prior to the proposal due date.
