The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the load-in, ... The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the load-in, set-up, break-down and load out of all components for one concert stage and roof as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
