This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA252121QB054 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07; Effective 10 August 2022. This is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811310 with a size standard of $8M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Corrosion Control and Paint Services for corrosion repair with the removal and repaint of outside areas of AGE. The 920th MXS Aerospace Ground Equipment Shop requires corrosion repair (to include minor repairs and hardware replacement), and repainting services for the AGE items. The end result should be a completely serviceable item with a complete repaint of all exterior surfaces. See attached AGE Corrosion Control Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 19 April 2022 for additional requirements. This will be Firm-Fixed Price contract for commercially available services. Each offer submitted will be evaluated separately. (f) Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers. (End of provision) 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) As prescribed in 12.301(c), the Contracting Officer may insert a provision substantially as follows: 8 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
