Description of equipment and model number Photos of model/equipment to be provided. Additional links to other sites previously designed as reference or samples. EVALUATION CRITERIA/BASIS FOR AWARD. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor, whose quote is conforming to all solicitation requirements. The award will be made for the quote that is deemed most advantageous for the Government. Price and additional factors will be considered for award. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical – Based on information provided in each quote compared against the stated requirements and dates as identified in the Statement of work. (ii) Presentation – Based proposed layouts, photos and links provided by each quote compared against other quotes received and the needs of the Marketing office. (iii) Price – Broken down per CLIN, including an overall contract price. (iv) Most advantageous to the Government – Based on required delivery window, technical evaluation, and needs of the government. The government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to seek clarification on information submitted or hold discussions, if in the government’s best interest.
