This constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA252122QB003 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. This is solicitation is open to all commercial businesses/organizations. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor, whose quote is conforming to all solicitation requirements. The award will be to the most advantageous of the Government. Price and other factors will be considered for award, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical – Based on information provided in each quote compared against the stated requirements as identified in the Statement of Objectives. (ii) Presentation – Based proposed layouts, photos and links provided by each quote compared against other quotes received and the needs of the Marketing office. (iii) Price – Broken down per CLIN, including an overall contract price. The government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to seek clarification on information submitted or hold discussions, if in the government’s best interest.
