THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! 45 CONS has a sole source requirement for the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Fire Panel Upgrade at Patrick Space Force Base. The required delivery dates is 60 Days after receipt of award. This is a Sole Source for the ICS Fire Panel Upgrade in accordance with (IAW) FAR13.106-1(b)(1). As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Monaco Enterprises, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirement in which the contractor will supply the proprietary equipment of Monaco Fire Panel and be installed by 45th Civil Engineering ICS personnel. These specifications are a unique requirement to support the SLD 45 launch mission. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This Monaco Fire Panel utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334290.
