The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and lubricants necessary to perform automatic door repairs and replacements at PSFB, FL. The R&R will be in compliance with manufacturer’s specifications. AUTOMATIC DOORS REQUIRED REPAIRS Building # - DOW A - Replace North door operator with a Nabco GT8500, heavy duty low energy operator and 2 Panther wireless push plates B - West & N.W. door operators, two Nabco 710 low energy ADA door operators and 2 Panther wireless kits C - Replace Nabco GT710 with Opus control D - West door, replace Nabco GT8500 simultaneous pair door operator and Panther 2 push plates E - Replace exterior door operators with Nabco GT710, along with 2 Panther wireless push plates F - Remove existing interior exit door, replace with Nabco 1175 single slide automatic door, to include transom and ¼ clear temp glass. Remove existing South exterior slide door, replace with Nabco 1175 single slide automatic door, to include transom and ¼ clear temp glass G - Replace exterior vestibule ADA buttons and interior vestibule operator with Nabco GT710 operator, two new push plates H - Replace interior door LCN operator with Nabco GT710 operator, two new push plates I - Replace exterior door operator with Nabco GT20 along with two Panther wireless push plates. Include in your capabilities package your DUNS, Cage Code, System for Award Management (SAM) registration expiration date, GSA contract number and expiration date (if applicable). 45 CONS is interested in any size business that is capable of meeting this requirement. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers.
