Project DBEH 22-1578; The work to be performed consists of Replacing chiller and install Split System at facility B49904 to include the following. In east UPS Room remove the 12" flex duct that is hanging from the duct work and seal hole in the duct system and re-insulate the duct. Install 2 ton mini split system on the east wall exterior and wall evaporator on the inside wall. Carrier will be sufficient for mini split system. Need a Controls contractor to install a temperature sensor in the duct system prior to VAV-11 and reprogram VAV-11 to close damper if the supply air temperature increases over 60 degrees. Reprogram the heater element in the VAV box not to operate. Replace 6 Metasys controllers with EMCS controllers on the following air handlers and one VAV: AHU-1, AHU-6, AHU-10, AHU-11 AHU-12 and AHU-15 and VAV-11. Replace Niagara Jace with EMCS ASP building.

In east UPS Room remove the 12" flex duct that is hanging from the duct work and seal hole in the duct system and re-insulate the duct. Replace 80 ton chiller on south side with a new Trane chiller. Coils to be coated with Blygold Coating. Cut supply and return lines to the first set of valves. Re-insulate after piping secured. All electrical requirements shall be field verified. Operate and test the new mini split and chiller and make sure they are fully operational.
