The Scope of Work to be performed under this project is located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB) and various facilities operated by the 45th Space Launch Delta in other parts of Brevard County and Martin County, Florida. CCSFS is located at the end of State Road 401, north of Port Canaveral. PSFB is located approximately three miles south of Cocoa Beach on State Road A1A. The work under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations in connection with the IDIQ Building Demolition Contract. Demolition work includes removal, transportation and disposal of all items to be demolished, as well as restoration of site demolition as indicated in drawings and scope of work document. Facility/Site Specific Construction Documents/Drawings, which are to be issued at each delivery order. Period of Performance: 3-Years Ordering Period, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
