The project includes furnishing all materials, survey and labor to construct sheet pile wall, rock boulders, gravel and sand fill, geotextile, excavation and delivery of sand fill from designated beach borrow area at the Port Canaveral north jetty, dune, and upland vegetation, relocation of electrical-communication utilities, and relocation and replacement of security fencing. This project will provide the government a complete and usable facility in accordance with the Project Drawings and Technical Specifications on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL. A. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a single award fixed-price construction contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. B. NAICS Code: 237990: Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M. C. The magnitude of construction for this project is between Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). D. The duration of this contract will be 180 days from the Notice to Proceed. The number of days includes 0 Non-access days. E. This Acquisition is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
