Clean and prep flooring installation of new flooring. Install an estimated 48” W x 144” L of proper insulated commercial refrigeration flooring. Install an estimated 36” W x 84” L of proper insulated freezer panels. Install an estimated 36” W x 60” L of proper insulated cooler (Thaw) box panels. Install all electrical related to new indoor walk-in freezer and cooler (thaw) box to include electrical for new refrigeration unit (evaporator and condenser), lighting, condensate heaters and door heaters. Install freezer box refrigeration evaporator and condenser units to include drain line and associated refrigeration piping to and from their respective units. Upright Air Flow discharge, Filter media and motor bottom and mid-section of tower due corrosive nature location of Patrick SFB CTI Certified Factory Assembled, Cooling Module 60 Hz, 208V-inverter ready motors, all stainless steel hardware Basin corner inspection ports (4) per module.
