The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, high reach lift, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform wash and lube services for aircraft and ground equipment as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 3 June 2021, except for those items specified as base support items and services. The government will provide water and maintenance stands, aircraft cleaning compound, wash pads, foam pads and required lubricants on the wash rack or another location determined by the Government.
