THIS IS A SINGLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a single source requirement for Siemens Model PSC-12 and Siemens Model FCM2041-U2 due to a damaged Fire System Personal Machine Interface (PMI). This is a Single Source with Siemens Industry, Inc., IAW FAR13.106(b)(1). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), Siemens Industry, Inc. is the only authorized installer of Siemens proprietary equipment in Florida. Siemens Industry, Inc. Fire System PMI has been installed designed though out the AFTAC facility thus requiring this proprietary equipment. Siemens Industry, Inc. standards as per AFI 17-101, AFI 17-130, DAFGM 2021-32-01, UFC 3-410-012, and PSFB FM standardization requirement. The attached Single Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334290. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i) all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKAB has determined that Siemens Industry, Inc.is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
