The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA252120RTBD. This will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This solicitation is being offered to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms; all others will be deemed non responsive. Contract award will be based on Sealed Bid – FAR Part 14. An award will be made to the responsible bidder (FAR 9.104-1) whose bid is responsive to the terms of the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials necessary for architectural, interior, mechanical, fire protection and electrical work required to relocate Building 1704 to Building Facility 85125; Rooms 203, 204, and 205.
