Patrick Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 238220. The size standard for NAICS is $16.5M. 45 CONS is currently seeking Small Business firms capable of providing all lift equipment, tools, labor and materials to remove existing and install new foam glass-cellular ASJ insulation. The requirement is for facility 313 at Patrick Air Force Base, FL. Licensed Contractor to use industry means and methods to remove existing insulation and replace with new insulation via supply and return mains, headers, branches, risers, drips, run-outs, flanges, valves, expansion and flexible connections.
