Maintain dive program, publication library, and equipment at peak operational readiness, conduct formal/informal dive operations/equipment training, and dive supervisor training, provide boat master training and support, implement, employ, and monitor U.S. Navy 3M requirements for dive equipment, conduct inventories and preventive maintenance checks, schedule calibrations, provide reports/deliverables, maintain Material Safety Data Sheets. 100% required equipment is loaded and tracked in 3M, new/old equipment is added/deleted within 30 days of delivery/turn-in 100% database population, tracking, and reconciliation.
