THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a Small Business (SB) sole source requirement to purchase an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Access Control System (ACS) and CCTV System for a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) Advantor Systems Corporation is the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirement. The IDS, ACS and CCTV System is to be built and installed to meet the security requirements/standards in accordance with the following instructions: A. ICD 705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, May 26, 2010 B. ICS 705-1, B. Physical and Technical Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, September 17, 2010 C. ICS 705-2, Standards for the Accreditation and Reciprocal Use of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, September 17, 2010 D. IC Tech Spec – for ICD/ICS 705 version 1.4, September 28, 2017. FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334920, size standard: 750 EMP. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKB has determined that Advantor Systems Corporation is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
