NAICS CODE: 236220: Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M C. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). D. The duration of this IDIQ contract will be 180 days from Notice to Proceed E. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE. Any Offeror not meeting this criteria shall be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. F.
