A. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-fixed Price Construction Contract. B. NAICS CODE: 237110: Water, Sewer Line, and Related Structures Construction. Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 C. Project magnitude is anticipated to be between $500,000 - $1,000,000. D. The duration of this IDIQ contract will be 215 days from Notice to Proceed. E. This IFB is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. F. Notice to Offeror(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
