This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-fixed Price Construction Contract for or the 45 Space Wing, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL, to Repair the EOD Parking Area, FAC 56620. B. NAICS CODE: 237310: Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 C. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction Projects, the Project DBEH 18-1558, Repair EOD Parking Area, FAC 56620 is anticipated to be between $500,000 - $1,000,000.00. D. The duration of this contract will be 180 days from Notice to Proceed. E. This IFB is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. F. Notice to Offeror(s): Certified Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
