AMENDMENT #04: Incorporate the Question and Answer document to the solicitation package. AMENDMENT #03: Incorporate the Question and Answer document to the solicitation package. AMENDMENT #02: The following items have been revised/edited/added within the soliciation. 1. Clarification regarding the new lift station at Cx40 concerning. Attachment 2- Drawing Sheet G-002, General Note 8 state a request for FDEP waste water collection transmission system permit clearance must be approved prior to placing new lift station 47176 into operation. However, the new lift station does NOT require a permit; therefore, the contractor does NOT need FDEOP permit clearance prior to operating the lift station. 2. Incorporate the revised Wage Rate Requirement into Section J: Attachment 5a-Wage Rate Requirements WD FL20200001 (14Aug2020) 3. Including one image and one drawing of the Cx40 lift station into Section J: Attachment 7- Image/Drawing of LS 47151 at Cx40. AMENDMENT #01: Please refer to the SF30--Summary of Changes for the revisions/edits/additions that were to the soliciatation. POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION: The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials and equipment to repair four (4) lift stations at various locations at CCAFS. Carefully review all attchments posted with this action.
