Title: Repair 3rd floor North/West/Center wings, building 423, Patrick AFB, Florida Project Number: SXHT 17-1023 Place of performance: Patrick Air Force Base, Florida 32925 Brief description of work: The requirement is to demolish north, center and west wings of 3rd floor of building 423 down to bare walls except for northwest and center west bathrooms, mechanical/computer rooms, windows/sills and construct open office type space, hard wall office suites, break and conference rooms ready to accept systems furniture to fully function as office space for wing staff. In addition, the contractor shall install new fire alarm, fire suppression in renovation area to include extension of existing fire riser from 2nd floor, and installation of sprinkler system.
