THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a Women-owned Small Business (WOSB) sole source requirement for purchase and installation of new Access Control System (ACS) for the 45th Security Forces Squadron (45 SFS) in bldg. 1319. This is a Sole Source with SmartWatch Security & Sound LLC IAW FAR 6.302-1. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), SmartWatch Security & Sound LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement. The system must be able to utilize the existing DoD CAC as a means of installation access, for read/swipe access. As applicable, the installation shall utilize the existing Lenel ACS to ensure the connectivity of the additional hardware and software programing to the existing system. The requirement include all hardware, software, server, enclosures, modules, readers, software, cables and installation and programing. Mounting Hardware, Pipe, J-Hooks, etc. (4) Altronics Power Supply (18) 150' Tappon Armored Access Control Cable LABOR (154) Cable Installation (204) Hardware and Equipment Installation (40) Programming and Software FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561621, size standard: $20.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKB has determined that Smart Watch Security & Sound, LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
