The solicitation number FA252119QA002 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial end product. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as an RFQ in accordance with FAR PART 13. FA252119QA002 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. Patrick Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 333415. The size standard for NAICS is 1250 EMP. This requirement calls for the purchase and delivery of 2 Chillers, with connectors, pipe-fittings, electrical connectors-wires, insulation and mechanical room accessories associated with chiller installation. Patrick Air Force Base will perform the installation work. The base will provide the HVAC, Electric, Plumbing and Heavy Equipment support to remove and install this requirement for both facilities. In Accordance with the definition found in FAR 19.001 "Non-Manufacturer rule" we are looking for an offeror who manufactures an end product in the United States or its outlying areas. The government is also interested in all small businesses including 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or, if applicable based on NAICS code, Economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB) and Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) that are interested in supplying this requirement.
