No Primary Point of Contact: Keona Franklin Alternate Point of Contact: Patricia Bates Description: The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to replace ten roof sections, approximately 30,000 SF of roofing total, roof insulation all associated details, copings, wall and curb flashings. Project to include but not limited to replacement of the existing lightning protection system, removal and replacement of roof mounted exhaust fans, installation of new fall protection railing and access ladder, and removal and disposal of an existing,15 ton HVAC unit and installation of a new/ replacement HVAC unit. Project Number: DBEH 18-1547 Place of performance: Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS), FL Construction magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be available on or about 01 May 19. The performance period for this project will be 180 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
