The purpose of this synopsis is for the addition of three (3) months of performance and four (4) one-month options to the existing FEMS III contract. This service acquisition is to provide Fire Protection, Emergency Management and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) III for Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) on a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week basis. The mission of the Space Launch Delta 45 (SLD 45) requires that the contractor have the provisions to ensure continuous services are provided in the event of a work stoppage or labor strike that may potentially degrade these functions. The contractor shall perform all firefighting duties and tasks in accordance with (IAW) but not limited to the following: Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 6055.06, AFI 32-2001, Air Force (AF) Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for Fire Prevention & Consequence Management and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, Air Force (AF) and Space Force (SF) directives, instructions, regulations, and supplements. The contractor shall comply with the AFSPC self-inspection program, Fire Emergency Services Management Tool (FESMT) and Fire Emergency Services Self-Assessment Program (FESAP). FESAP Checklist and User’s Guide listed in Section J, Attachment’s 5.1.and 5.2. Contractor shall be an active participant and comply with all mutual aid agreements following the mutual aid matrix for responses.
